Online terms and conditions

http://shop.ra13.be (“RA SHOP”) is the site of RA BVBA (referred to as RA hereafter) with its office in Kloosterstraat 13, Antwerp 2000 Belgium. The activities of RA SHOP are categorized as “sales on distance”. By placing an order with the RA SHOP you acknowledge to have read and agreed to the Terms and Conditions.

CONFIRMATION

When you click on the "confirm" button after placing your order, you hereby accept this confirmation as well as the entirety of the General Conditions of Sale and without reserve. The data recorded by RA SHOP constitutes as proof of the transactions passed through RA SHOP and its customers. The data recorded by the system of payment constitutes as proof of the financial transactions.

RA SHOP offers its products at “shop.ra13.be” until sold out. It cannot be responsible for any damages caused owing to being out of stock of the product ordered.

CANCELLATION

Once your order has been confirmed, it is possible to cancel an order within two weeks of confirmation and to receive a refund of the retail price. If, at the time of cancellation [via an email to shop@ra13.be] the goods have left RA, the customer is held accountable for all further delivery costs to return the goods to RA, in order to obtain a refund of the retail price [excluding delivery costs]. If the goods have not yet been shipped, the customer will receive a full refund. This includes the retail price and specified delivery costs.

PAYMENT METHOD

RA SHOP accepts payment for goods in Euros (€) via http://www.paypal.com “PAYPAL” on the RA SHOP site. PAYPAL accepts funds via VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS, MASTERCARD, or payment directly from the customer’s own PAYPAL account.

DELIVERY

RA commits to sending the purchased goods to you within 7 days after the transaction, if in stock. If the product is out of stock, you will be informed via email from shop@ra13.be. This does not however cancel the agreement, if RA is able to re-order the goods at a later date.

EXCHANGE

If you are not satisfied with your goods, RA SHOP commits itself to exchange or refund the retail price of the goods concerned. The delivery costs of sending and return will be then payable by you. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return the products. If you want to return undamaged or complete items, the delivery cost will be payable by you.

- Products from the vintage section cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Sale items may not be returned or exchanged.
- Perfumes may not be returned or exchanged.
- Bathing suits and underwear may not be returned or exchanged.
- Broken, incomplete or used products may not be returned or exchanged, or will be returned to you and the cost of the shipping will be payable by you.
- Opened electronic products may not be returned or exchanged.

FAULTS

In case of damages to the purchased goods owing to obvious and immediately visible faults , RA must be informed immediately within 3 working days after receiving the goods via email to shop@ra13.be. Damage to the packaging of goods is not considered a fault.
No complaints will be accepted if the purchased goods have been manipulated or altered by a third party.

DELAYS

If the customer has not received the goods tafter wo weeks of payment, he/she will inform RA by email to shop@ra13.be. RA  SHOP cannot be held responsible if uninformed after this period.

PRICES

All prices of goods in the RA SHOP are given in Euros (€) and are shown inclusive of Belgium sales tax (VAT) at the current rate of 21%. This will appear on your order confirmation and is itemized in the order and at the ‘checkout’ page on the RA SHOP site. If your order is being dispatched to a destination outside the European Community (EC) this sales tax will be deducted at the checkout page and this will be shown on your invoice. If your order is being dispatched to a country which is a member state of the EC then the total price will include VAT at the current rate. Please note RA has no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country, for which you will be liable.



TRANSPORT

The purchased goods will only be delivered to you after receiving clearance of the full payment of the balance. Within Belgium, goods will be shipped by TAXIPOST, and insured by TAXIPOST, if you select to pay for this option. Outside of Belgium, goods will be shipped by UPS, and insured by UPS if you select to pay for this option.
Delivery costs are calculated by weight and volumetric weight, whichever exceeds the other.

When we receive your order and process the sending of the parcel we will forward you via e-mail the number corresponding to your parcel. All the custom charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer. In the event of loss or deterioration of the product during transport, the customer will have to inform the delivery company soonest.

BELGIAN LAW

The contract is considered to be set up in the RA location, Belgian law will be applicable. In case of any dispute, matters will be taken to an Antwerp court only.
